桩功

在《步门》里面初步说明了步法,但是要获得步法下一步的进境,必须与桩功相交益,才可得。
那么为什么我要先提出步法,然后才来说桩功呢?因为桩功在一般人那里,受到极大的误解,即一提起桩功,人们的反应就是,练大腿肌肉的。实际上,一般人练桩功,还真就是在练大腿肌肉!
与其让人一开始就步入此误区,而受害无穷,还不如先练步法,神气开始生长之后,再来领悟桩功之要点,也许要简单不少,练大腿的陷阱也多半能够避开。

希望可以贴点图片啊,图文并茂了比较容易学。前几天在一个群里问:“想学太极,怎么入门?”答曰:“站桩。有杨露蝉的天赋这个法子应该有用。”于是在网上找到一种最简单的姿势:两手做抱球状,两腿弯曲。只能坚持几分钟,腿很累,确实感觉就是练大腿肌肉了。。。
照着步门里的第一步做了,每天上班时走二十分钟左右,要领即是“如行水中,小腿感受到恒久的阻力”。在这之间,能够有一点体味到“凝冻”的感觉。同时感觉自己底盘变稳了,能进入迈方步了。

嗯,我考虑逐步采用视频的方式来讲武学。
