前面试图针对理解本身来讨论，但刚才不幸看到一个案例，不得不再回到所谓民间科学的问题。
这个所谓量子研究所（ http://www.ioq.cn/ ）的主人高山大概是一个电子技术方面的专家，一眼看到其首页上抱怨被arXiv列入黑名单，呵呵，一个有趣的未必偶然的规律是，在国内凡是稍微带点技术含量的非主流研究人物，大都是工科的背景，很少见到纯理科背景还具有如此勇气者：）
很有些意思的是他和't Hooft的几句“交锋”（2004/8/13）
